Every job and business has its own working conditions and according to its conditions, it needs prerequisites, and factors such as the amount of salary received and other benefits will be determined based on these prerequisites. In an effort to standardize economic activities, the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare created laws such as employee insurance, minimum wages and job classification tables.And by using these laws, many people were able to achieve a fairer salary. It is necessary for every working person, whether a worker or an employee, to know about his rights, the limits of his duties and the full description of his job, because otherwise he may face additional exploitation by the employer. Knowing and familiarizing learners with labor and social security laws by determining the most detailed rights and compiling a complete description of each job prevents this exploitation and abuse.
