Andishe Pojohan Adib Consultants Institute was founded in 2013 with a simple but strategic idea: training and development of human resources, in order to improve the performance of organizations and industries. What initially started as a set of educational services, with the passage of time turned into a wide set of collaborations and innovative projects.

- Technical and vocational training center
According to the type of educational activity of Adib Institute in the field of providing services to the personnel and employees of organizations and bodies of the country, the technical and professional training license of the institute was received based on order type (Type C). Adib is one of the first law firms to receive this license in the country, which succeeded in this by relying on its service history.
- Representative of Shahid Beheshti University Specialized Training Center (Shahid Abbaspur Campus)
Due to the quality of educational services provided to organizations, in 2017, through a cooperation agreement, Adib Institute was able to receive the representation of Shahid Beheshti University's Specialized Training Center (Shahid Abbaspur Campus).This educational center, which has several decades of experience in providing specialized national and international educational services in the water, electricity and power plant industry, in order to increase its influence factor in the east of the country and during the specialized evaluations, it chose Adib Institute to cooperate in this region.
- Empowerment agency of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund of the Scientific Vice President
The Innovation and Prosperity Fund was established in 2013 under the direct supervision of the Scientific Vice President for the purpose of commercializing innovations and inventions, applying knowledge and research achievements, and completing the idea/product/market chain and supporting knowledge-based companies, providing support and financial and credit services, including assistance, facilitation, and participation.
In general, the ultimate goal of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund as a development institution is to help the economic prosperity of the country through knowledge-based areas and superior technologies.
Since 2017, Adib Institute has succeeded in obtaining the agency of this fund in Khorasan-Razavi Province in the field of empowerment, considering the records of previous cooperation with the knowledge-based companies of the province.
- Empowerment agency of Khorasan Razavi Settlements Company
Since 2013 and at the same time as the institute began to operate, specialized trainings in the field of industry, especially small and medium industries of the province, have been among the educational priorities.
In addition to that, holding seminars and conferences related to technology in cooperation with Fan Bazaar of Khorasan region is also considered one of the significant and major activities of the institute.
- Empowerment agency of Khorasan Science and Technology Park
Since 2015, Adib Institute as the first educational partner of Khorasan Science and Technology Park has been providing educational services to knowledge-based and technological companies located in the park and growth centers of Khorasan province.
In this cooperation, more than 100 training courses have been implemented for more than 2000 personnel working in companies supported by Khorasan Science and Technology Park.
